With a diverse background in residential real estate, office management, and nonprofit work supporting both children and animals, Erin’s career has always centered around caring for people and making a difference in their lives. Her natural empathy and attentiveness make her a trusted point of contact for clients, colleagues, and community members alike.

At Underhill Financial, Erin supports clients in all areas of their journey—from day-to-day needs to long-term engagement. She manages scheduling and communication, provides technical and online access support, and guides clients through onboarding. Erin also leads the planning and coordination of educational and enrichment events, as well as community outreach initiatives. She plays an active role in business development, the firm’s social media presence, and ensuring the daily operations of the office run smoothly.

Outside the office, Erin is a proud mom to three daughters—Courtney, Haley, and Brielle—and shares with them a love for fostering animals, volunteering, and giving back to the Tucson community. Her life is rooted in compassion and service, and she brings that same energy to her work every single day.
